Server Log Files

For the purpose of monitoring technical functionality and enhancing the operational security of our web hosting provider, connection data is processed. The duration of processing is limited to 7 days.
The legal basis for this data processing is the absolute technical necessity of server log files as a fundamental data source for error analysis and security measures, within the scope of the explicitly requested service “website,” pursuant to § 96 (3) of the Austrian Telecommunications Act (TKG).

Contact Form

On our website, you have the option to contact us directly via a contact form. After submitting the form, the personal data you have entered will be processed by the controller for the purpose of handling your inquiry, based on the consent you have given by submitting the form, pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR, until such consent is withdrawn.
There is no legal or contractual obligation to provide personal data. However, if you choose not to provide the required information, your request cannot be submitted and therefore cannot be processed by us.

Security Services

On this website, we use security services such as CAPTCHA providers to prevent non-human and automated entries.

If you grant your consent, we use the service Google Maps, provided by Google LLC, Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA, as joint controllers, to display interactive maps on our website.
We enable Google to collect connection data, browser information, and to place an advertising cookie. Through this cookie, Google can generate a unique user ID for each visitor. These personal data, which allow for unambiguous identification, are then processed within the scope of Google’s advertising network.

Google transfers your personal data to the USA. The legal basis for this data transfer is your explicit consent pursuant to Art. 49 (1) lit. a in conjunction with Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR.

In particular, U.S. intelligence agencies may access your data without informing you and without providing any legal remedies. For this reason, the European Court of Justice declared the previous adequacy decision (Privacy Shield) invalid.

Im Fall der Erteilung Ihrer Einwilligung verarbeiten wir mit dem Dienst Google Analytics, Google LLC, Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA, als gemeinsame Verantwortliche Ihre personenbezogenen Daten zum Zweck der Fehleranalyse und der statistischen Auswertung unserer Website. Die Nichterteilung der Einwilligung hat auf die Funktion der Website keine unmittelbare Auswirkung, ohne statistische Daten wird uns jedoch die Weiterentwicklung der Website erschwert. Die Rechtsgrundlage für die Datenübermittlung in die USA ist Ihre Einwilligung gemäß Art. 49 Abs 1 lit a iVm Art. 6 Abs 1 lit a DSGVO. Sie wurden bereits vor Erteilung Ihrer Einwilligung informiert, dass die USA über kein den Standards der EU entsprechendes Datenschutzniveau verfügt. Insbesondere können US Geheimdienste auf Ihre Daten zugreifen, ohne dass Sie darüber informiert werden und ohne dass Sie dagegen rechtlich vorgehen können. Der Europäische Gerichtshof hat aus diesem Grund in einem Urteil den früheren Angemessenheitsbeschluss (Privacy Shield) für ungültig erklärt.

Right to Object
